Mistra is a foundation and as such must comply with the Swedish Foundations Act. The foundation for strategic environmental research, wants to make a difference, and we strive for sustainable development. We achieve this at Mistra by funding strong groups in the research community that contribute to solving major environmental problems, in collaboration with the world of real action and practical application.
